Adult Supervision Required has arrived
I am delighted to introduce Adult Supervision Required, a new podcast that I am presenting with my friend and fellow professional, Kellie Bradley.
Kellie is an AI strategist, keynote speaker, educator, and the founder of byteKraft workshops. She brings more than 40 years of experience in marketing and business development, together with a highly practical understanding of how artificial intelligence can support individuals and organizations.
I join her as a former lawyer, business leader, and now ICF Executive Coach and consultant.
Between us, we have spent many years working with organizations, business owners, senior leaders, and professionals. We have also encountered plenty of situations in which technology has been introduced without sufficient thought, decisions have been made without proper scrutiny, and responsibility has become rather difficult to locate when something has gone wrong.
That is where Adult Supervision Required begins.
Artificial intelligence offers businesses remarkable opportunities. It can improve efficiency, expand capability, support creativity, and help people approach familiar problems in new ways.
However, AI cannot accept responsibility. It cannot protect an organization’s reputation, understand its culture, or exercise the human judgment required when circumstances become complicated.
Those responsibilities remain firmly with us.
In each episode, Kellie and I will explore what happens when AI meets the realities of leadership, governance, accountability, communication, business, and human behavior.
The conversations will be candid, practical, occasionally irreverent, and hopefully useful.
Sometimes artificial intelligence requires adult supervision.
Sometimes it is not entirely clear whether the technology or the people using it require the most supervision.
Our first episode was recorded in advance. Future episodes will be broadcast live every two weeks, giving viewers the opportunity to join the conversation as it happens.
